These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of cyberchampions.in (the “Website”) and the services offered by [GreatHire India Pvt Ltd], trading as Cyber Security Champions ( CSC). By using the Website or buying any service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1.1 About CSC

CSC is a cybersecurity career and talent platform based in Bengaluru, India. Our services include cybersecurity training, Resume and CV writing, Resume review, cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile optimisation, job portal profile optimisation, international resume writing, resume editing and tailoring, cybersecurity jobs and hiring support, consulting, a global cybersecurity network and community, and a Talent Directory.

1.3 Services and Pricing

• The services, descriptions and prices shown on the Website are the ones that apply when you place your order.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless the Website shows another currency. Prices include or exclude GST and other applicable taxes as stated at checkout.
• We may change prices, packages or services at any time. A change does not affect orders you have already paid for.
• Some services are free, such as the Free Resume Review. We may limit how many free reviews one person can request.

1.4 Payments

• Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. You can pay by the methods shown at checkout, such as UPI, cards, net banking and wallets.
• CSC does not see or store your card, UPI or bank login details. These are handled by Razorpay and your bank under their own terms and security standards.
• Your order starts only after we receive confirmation of payment.
• If a payment fails but money is deducted, it is usually returned by your bank or Razorpay automatically. If it is not, contact us with the transaction details.

1.5 Delivery and Timelines

Our services are digital. Delivery times are explained in the delivery Policy. Timelines are counted from the day we receive payment and all the information we need from you. Delays caused by late or incomplete information from you will move the timeline accordingly.

1.6 Your Responsibilities

• Give us accurate, complete and truthful information, including your work history, education and certifications.
• Check the final documents carefully before you use them. You are responsible for the claims in your resume and profiles. We will not add false qualifications, employers or dates.
• Keep your own copies of anything you send us.

1.7 Revisions and Support ★

Resume and profile writing services include up to three (3) rounds of revisions and two (2) months of support from the date of first delivery. A revision means changes to what we delivered, within the original scope. A new job target, a new career direction or a full rewrite from scratch is a new service and may be charged.

1.8 No Guarantee of Jobs or Results

We work hard to improve your resume, profile and skills. However, hiring decisions are made by employers and recruiters. CSC does not guarantee interviews, job offers, salary, certification results or any other outcome. Referrals, job listings and introductions are offered in good faith and are not a promise of employment.

1.9 Free Resume Review

The Free Resume Review is feedback only. A resume writer and a cybersecurity reviewer look at your resume and send honest, actionable feedback. It is not a rewrite. After the review you can update the resume yourself or choose one of our paid services. Sending a resume for review does not oblige you to buy anything.

1.10 Training and Consulting

• Training and consulting are delivered online or as described on the service page.
• Schedules, trainers and content may change when needed. We will tell you about any major change.
• Training and consulting sessions must not be recorded, copied or shared without our written permission.
• Cancellation and refund rules are in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

1.11 Community, Network and Talent Directory

When you join our WhatsApp, Telegram or other community groups, or the Talent Directory when it launches, you agree to:

• Be respectful and professional;
• Not post spam, adverts without permission, hate speech, illegal content, or other people’s private information;
• Not share exam answers, pirated material or anything that breaks the law or another person’s rights.

We may remove content or members who break these rules, without refund for free services. Talent Directory profiles will be shown to recruiters and hiring managers only as described in the Privacy Policy and with your consent.

1.12 Intellectual Property

• The Website, its text, logos, design, course material and templates belong to CSC or its licensors. You may not copy, sell or republish them without our written permission.
• Once you have paid in full, you may use the final resume, cover letter and profile text we write for you for your own job search.
• You allow us to use the information you give us only to provide the service. We will not publish your name, photo or testimonial without your permission.

1.13 Confidentiality

We treat your resume and personal details as confidential and use them only to provide the service, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

1.14 Prohibited Use

You must not misuse the Website. This includes trying to break or test its security without permission, uploading malware, scraping data, impersonating others, or using the services for anything unlawful or misleading. We offer cybersecurity education only for lawful and ethical purposes.

1.15 Third-Party Links

The Website may link to third-party sites and services, such as Razorpay, LinkedIn, Naukri, Foundit, Indeed, WhatsApp and Telegram. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.

1.16 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CSC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost job opportunities, lost income or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

1.17 Indemnity

You agree to compensate CSC for any loss or claim arising from false information you gave us or from your breach of these Terms.

1.18 Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Website or a service if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. Refunds in such cases follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

1.19 Customer Support and Dispute Resolution

Write to hello@cyberchampions.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 99163 83345. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If we cannot settle a dispute together, it will be handled as set out in Section 1.20.

1.20 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.

1.21 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is posted on the Website. Please check this page regularly.

We want you to be happy with our work. This policy explains when you can cancel and when you can get a refund.

2.1 Free Services

Free services, such as the Free Resume Review and community access, are not charged and so cannot be refunded.

2.2 Resume, Cover Letter, LinkedIn and Job Portal Services ★

2.3 Training Programmes ★

• Cancel at least [7] days before the programme starts: full refund.
• Cancel between [7] days and 24 hours before the start: [50]% refund.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before the start, or after it begins: no refund. You may be able to move to a later batch, if one is available.
• If CSC cancels or reschedules a programme and you cannot attend the new date, you get a full refund.

2.4 Consulting Sessions ★

• Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the session: full refund, or one free reschedule.
• Cancel less than 48 hours before the session, or miss it: no refund.

2.5 Duplicate and Failed Payments

If you are charged twice for the same order, or money is deducted but your order is not confirmed, write to us with the payment details. We will refund the extra or failed amount in full.

2.6 What Is Not Refundable

• Free services.
• Services that are already delivered and used.
• Outcomes you hoped for, such as interviews, job offers or certification results, because we do not guarantee them.
• Third-party costs, such as exam fees, vouchers or platform subscriptions.
• Delays caused by missing information or no response from you.

2.7 How to Request a Refund

1. Email hello@cyberchampions.in, or send a WhatsApp message to +91 99163 83345, within [7] days of payment or of the problem.
2. Include your name, the email or mobile number used for the order, the payment ID or screenshot, and the reason for your request.
3. We will reply within 2 working days with a decision.

2.8 Refund Time and Method

• Approved refunds are issued within [7] working days to the original payment method.
• After we start the refund, your bank or card issuer may take another 5 to 7 working days to show it in your account.
• Refunds for international payments are made in the original currency. Currency conversion differences and bank charges are not refunded.
• Where permitted, we may deduct payment gateway charges that we cannot recover. We will tell you the exact amount before refunding. ★

CSC respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we protect it and what rights you have. It follows the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

3.1 Who We Are

GreatHire India Pvt Ltd trading as Cyber Security Champions, D2-201, Ahad Excellencia, Off Sarjapura Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, 560035. In this policy we are the “data fiduciary”, which means we decide how your data is used.

3.2 What We Collect

• Contact details: name, email address, mobile number, company or organisation.
• Career details: your resume or CV, work history, education, skills, certifications, LinkedIn profile link, career goals, and photo if you share one.
• Order details: the services you buy, payment status and payment ID. Your card, UPI or bank details go straight to Razorpay. We do not store them.
• Messages: what you send us by email, WhatsApp, Telegram, the inquiry form or calls.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and cookies.

3.3 Why We Use Your Data

• To provide the services you ask for, such as reviewing or writing your resume and profile.
• To process payments, send receipts and handle refunds.
• To reply to your questions and support requests.
• To send you updates about your order, and, if you agree, job alerts, offers and news.
• To add your profile to the Talent Directory, or share it with recruiters, only if you agree.
• To improve the Website, keep it secure and meet legal requirements.

3.4 Your Consent

We use your personal data with your consent, which you give when you submit a form, send us your resume, or buy a service. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before, and it may mean we cannot continue a service.

3.5 Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Payment providers, such as Razorpay, to process payments.
• Service providers that help us run the Website, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, cloud storage and analytics, under duties to protect your data.
• Recruiters and employers, only if you ask us to refer you or you join the Talent Directory.
• Authorities, where the law requires it or to protect our rights.

Some of these providers may store data outside India. We choose providers that protect data to a reasonable standard.

3.6 How Long We Keep It

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose, to meet legal and accounting needs, and to handle disputes. ★ As a general rule, we delete resumes and career documents [12] months after your service ends, unless you ask us to delete them earlier or ask us to keep them for longer. Records of payments are kept as long as the law requires.

3.7 How We Protect It

We use reasonable security steps, including access controls, secure storage and limited access within our team. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information we do not need, such as bank passwords or Aadhaar numbers.

3.8 Your Rights

You have the right to:

• ask for a summary of the personal data we hold and how it is used;
• ask us to correct or complete your data;
• ask us to delete your data, when it is no longer needed;
• withdraw your consent;
• make a complaint and nominate another person to exercise your rights if you cannot.

To use these rights, write to hello@cyberchampions.in. We will reply within a reasonable time, and no later than the period set by law.

3.9 Cookies

The Website may use cookies and similar tools to keep it working, remember your choices and understand how it is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Turning them off may affect some features.

3.10 Children

Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18 without a parent’s or guardian’s consent. If you think a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

3.11 Messages From Us

By sharing your mobile number or email, you agree that we may contact you about your order and our services by phone, email, WhatsApp or SMS. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying “STOP” or writing to us.

3.12 Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The new version applies from the date it is posted on this page.

All CSC services are digital. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges.

• How we deliver: by email or WhatsApp, to the email address or mobile number you gave us. Training is delivered online through the link or platform we share.
• Timelines ★: resume, cover letter, LinkedIn and job portal services are delivered within 4 days after we receive payment and the information we need from you. Express delivery of 24 to 48 hours may be available for an extra fee, as confirmed before you pay.
• Free Resume Review: feedback is sent by email or WhatsApp [within X working days of receiving your resume].
• Training and consulting: delivered on the dates and times confirmed with you.
• International clients: delivery is the same, and the timings follow Indian Standard Time.
• If you have not received your delivery: first check your spam folder, then write to hello@cyberchampions.in or WhatsApp +91 99163 83345 and we will resend it.
